QDX PATHOLOGY UPDATE
UM also required us to update information, as individual departments, and then presented the work as their own.

I know coworkers of mine had been charged with tasks far beyond their pay rate and station, were then given a promotion, yet no raises at any point in that process. The real problem is that the work load increases for a myriad of reasons, and yet no “incentive” is provided to compensate. The work is so mindlessly simple that it turns your brain to mush. No variety in terms of working in different departments which means very little exposure to other techniques, machines, platforms, etc. And because you never really get to learn anything else, you peak after that, and it’s just boring repetition afterwards. And even then, it’s not really worth it since you can basically get the mastery of the techniques down within three months, tops. The only reason that anyone should be here is for experience and nothing more. All of those in UM who actually cared for the workers needs were fired and any changes they tried to propose were stonewalled. CEO believes that the tri-state area living costs are comparable to the western states where they are still living. Raises not given because it is not believed that workers need "incentive" to work harder. My literal last day and there were some upper management individuals who had not been made aware I was even leaving. Including information that, guess what, even other members of UM are not aware of or kept in the loop of. Literally anything you hear can be the slightest rumor through the vine or factual information with no confirmation. When the weather was beginning to get cooler. Not only did nothing get fixed or accomplished, we went the whole year and to the end of this past summer without any solutions. Heat in the summer was horrid between last year and this year, and it was brought up to the UM to please fix. Concerns addressed will either be delayed in response or outright unanswered. Horrid communication between the workers and upper management (UM). Sexual harassment (not to me personally, however I am aware it happening to my fellows). Lack of acknowledgment and appreciation for those who work their hardest every day. Back-stabbing behavior appears to be among the norm. Questionable upkeep to the regulation status quo. But someone else turns in their resignation and apparently, they needed to talk to that individual URGENTLY. I was told they’d reach out to schedule an exit interview, and guess what? Didn’t happen. Multiple complaints brought to the attention of HR, and zilch, nada. Incompetent, disorganized, kind of works like a revolving door in terms of who is in charge from one month to the next. Is there enough time in the day to list everything? Terrible, TERRIBLE Management.
